If you are not fully satisfied with your order, this policy explains how refunds and credits are handled for purchases made through palustralcommons.xyz or through our phone orders. Orders placed for delivery or pickup are eligible for a refund or credit under the following conditions. If you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and your meal arrives damaged, incorrect, cold, or not as described, you may request a full or partial refund or a store credit. To begin the process, please provide the order number, the items in question, and a brief description of the issue. Refund requests made after 24 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility and timelines: Refunds are available for eligible orders within 7 days of delivery for products that were unsatisfactory due to quality or fulfillment issues. For in-store dine-in experiences, refunds or discounts may be offered at management’s discretion if a service issue occurred during your visit. If a portion of your order is missing or incorrect, we will replace the item promptly or issue a proportional credit toward a future purchase.
How refunds are processed: Once a refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the original payment method or as a store credit at our discretion. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the processing window, depending on your card issuer or payment provider. If you paid with a digital wallet, refunds may appear as a reversal to the wallet balance within 3–5 business days. If you opted for cash on delivery, refunds will be issued as a bank transfer or store credit after verification, not as cash at the counter.
Non-qualifying items: Refunds do not apply to orders altered by customers after delivery, promotional bundles that have been consumed or partially eaten, or items that were prepared to your specifications but were cooked correctly. We also do not provide refunds for edible items that were left out of the order intentionally or due to standard restaurant policy. In cases where a partial refund is granted, it will reflect the affected items only, while the rest of the order remains eligible for the original pricing.
Delivery timing issues: If a delivery is late due to traffic or courier delays beyond our control, we offer a courtesy discount or credit for future orders, provided the customer reports the issue within 24 hours. We may request proof of lateness, such as a timestamp from the order receipt or courier app. For dine-in customers, if your experience was disrupted by a long wait time exceeding 30 minutes, you may request a discount or meal credit on the same day.
